Graduate program

FM Logistic recruits its managers of tomorrow

Targeted at high-potential young graduates, our Future Moves programme is designed to develop future managers in 2 years!

This programme offers each of the participants the chance to experience, in an accelerated sequence, a wide range of different roles and responsibilities that will constitute a real career booster for them!
Future Moves is also a real community of keen young graduates who share a desire for international experiences, professional challenges and strong human relations.

So, are you ready to take part in the Future Moves experience?

Our programme

The programme consists of 3 periods of 8 months:

n°1
The first period will take place on one of our platforms and will enable
the young managers to discover our activities and business.

n°2

Each participant will then continue their course abroad in a support function,
attached to the general management of a country or the Group.

n°3
Finally, for the third period they will be back in their country of origin
to continue their development in a support or operational role.

These periods of professional immersion are completed by an international training programme designed to reinforce the acquisition of technical and managerial skills.

In addition, all the trainees will be personally supported by a mentor who ensures that they integrate successfully and with whom they can exchange on a regular basis within a special relationship.

To summarise: 3 professional challenges, an international experience, an ad hoc training programme and personalised support for two exciting years discovering the Supply Chain business!

Moreover after the program, you will evoluate to high responsibility position within FM Logistic Group.
