Citylogin expands EV fleet in SpainGroup
29 August 2019 - Citylogin, a delivery service provided by FM Logistic, has expanded its electric vehicle fleet in Spain with 16 Nissan e-NV200 vans, bringing the number of its EVs to 30 in the Iberian peninsula, out of a total 136 vans.
The e-NV200 has a cargo volume of 4.2 cubic metres and a payload of about 700 kg. The van is equipped with a 40 kWh battery pack and has a range of up to 124 miles (199 km) between charges. The Nissan e-NV200 for Europe is assembled in Barcelona.
The new 100% electric vans, which offer zero emissions mobility, will help Citylogin make eco-friendly parcel deliveries in Cordoba, Madrid and Bilbao. They will add to the existing fleet of Maxus EV80s and electric Renault vehicles that are already used by Citylogin in Spain.
Catering to e-commerce, Citylogin relies on light-duty vehicles and small logistics centres located near city centres. The service is not only available in Spain, but also in Rome, Milan, Moscow, Warsaw and 8 large French towns, including Paris.
