My first day of work at FM was 16 August 2005, one month after my graduation from Computer Sciences University. This, I decided at the time, would be a temporary job for me until I could find something closer to my field. I accepted the position of Stock Analyst on the plant.

Initially I was hired on a 6 month trial basis but after 3 1/2 months, FM decided I was a good investment and hired me on a permanent basis. In May 2006 I was promoted to Statistics Employee. In June 2006 I became Administration Manager for the new distribution centre which had just been built and participated in the relocation of the entire activity to a new site.

In February 2008 I was promoted to the position of Operations Manager for the distribution centre. In December 2009 I became Central Europe Process Engineer, a totally different job from what I had been doing until then and one which gave me the opportunity to travel and, in April 2010, I became Process Engineer for Romania, my current job.
