Jean-Claude Michel, Chairman of the Board of Directors of FM Logistic since November 2012 :

My 30-year professional career as a business leader in the retail and transport/logistics sectors enables me in my non-executive role as Chairman of the Board of Directors to participate in the success of the the FM Logistic group's strategic ambitions.

My Board consist of three family directors: Claude Faure, Gilles Faure, Marie-Laure Schreiber and three independent directors: Monique Zomeno, Régis Bello and Vincent Mercier."
