  • This new logistics center, which will be fully operational in 2027, will become a new hub for job creation and professional development in the Toledo region.
  • This agreement reinforces the commitment of both companies to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.

Toledo, 21 November 2025 – FM Logistic, a leading international logistics operator, has been selected by L’Oréal Groupe, the world’s leading beauty company, to manage its new logistics platform in Spain. This award comes after a rigorous tender process in which the main players in the sector participated, and where FM Logistic’s proposal was the most innovative and efficient solution to accompany L’Oréal’s logistics transformation. This agreement positions FM Logistic as a key partner in the transformation of the cosmetic giant’s supply chain in the Iberian Peninsula.

The project consists of the development and management of a new state-of-the-art logistics center located in Toledo, which will serve the Spanish and Portuguese markets. The new facility, which will be fully operational in 2027, is designed to be a benchmark in efficiency, scalability, and sustainability, aligning with market needs and the sustained growth of L’Oréal Groupe.

“It is an honor to be chosen by L’Oréal for a project of this magnitude. This alliance reflects our shared vision for the future of logistics: more technological, flexible, and sustainable. We will put all our global experience at L’Oréal’s service to build a reference operation in Europe, boosting economic development in the Toledo region and establishing new standards of quality in service,” said Marta Simón, Managing Director of FM Logistic Ibérica.

Florian Delagoutte, Operations Director of L’Oréal Groupe for Spain and Portugal, highlighted the importance of the agreement: “This agreement is a key strategic step to transform our supply chain. We have chosen FM Logistic for its innovative solution in efficiency and sustainability. Together, we will develop a cutting-edge logistics operation in Toledo that will be fundamental for our future growth and to guarantee the best service to our customers.”

The new center, currently under construction, will be located in the Toledo municipality of Numancia de la Sagra and will have a built area of 58,200 square meters on a plot of more than 78,000 square meters.

The platform is being built with the highest standards of sustainability and well-being, with the forecast of obtaining LEED Gold and WELL Gold certifications, and will incorporate solar panels and charging points for electric vehicles.

The design of the center will include, among other automatisms, a Goods to Person system using AMR robots (Autonomous Mobile Robots) and advanced technology that will allow strict control of order preparation through weight control, guaranteeing maximum precision and operational efficiency.

The new center will not only represent a radical improvement in logistics efficiency but will also have a very positive social and economic impact on the Toledo region, with the creation of approximately 250 new jobs.

FM Logistic and L’Oréal have designed a joint progressive implementation plan until its full opening in 2027, to guarantee the continuity of service in all their operations.
