Celebrating commitment: a look back at our June Solidarity Days

June was marked by numerous solidarity actions led by our local teams across Europe. Partnering with local NGOs, our employees dedicated their time to carrying out highly concrete projects on the ground.

As part of Diversity Month, our teams organized practical workshops with the Xirivella Red Cross to support individuals facing social exclusion. Employees ran interview preparation sessions, helped with resume writing, and shared their expertise in logistics professions. These encounters helped break down barriers to employment and opened the company’s doors to new talent.

On the occasion of Children’s Day, Central Europe mobilized to bring smiles to the youngest. In Romania, teams welcomed children from the Inimi Noi association for a day of outdoor games, magic shows, and gift distributions. In the Czech Republic, employees set up sports olympiads and drawing workshops, offering underprivileged children a vital moment of escape and sharing.

For Environment Day, our employees in Slovakia put on their gloves to take action for nature. They cleaned up the green spaces surrounding our sites, collecting dozens of kilograms of waste. In parallel, tree-planting workshops and birdhouse-making sessions were organized to boost local biodiversity and raise employee awareness of eco-friendly practices.
