On 5 July, employees from the Human Resources and Operations departments visited the LP4Y premises to present FM Logistic and share their professional experience, with the aim of improving young people’s knowledge of logistics and encouraging them to do their work placements at our company.
Following this visit, 14 beneficiaries and two LP4Y staff members visited our Bangalore platform on 9 August, to learn about the company’s culture and meet the staff.
A group of three trainees did their internship from 12 September to 18 September 2023 at the MCF platform in Bangalore. The operations teams provided them with training on the logistics operations process.
The work placement enabled us to learn all the processes involved in a logistics platform. Before, we didn’t know what a warehouse was […] now we understand. The FM Logistic team explained the different stages of the logistics business very well. Once again, thank you for everything.
Asfiya Mehak, Ayesha Sultana and Sara Fathima, trainees
We’re counting on them to become future ambassadors within the centre and to convince other profiles to follow this programme.
