Our client is a global leader in consumer healthcare, operating within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. Its portfolio includes oral care, pain relief and nutritional supplements distributed across multiple international markets.

Operating under strict regulatory frameworks — including Good Distribution Practices (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and the Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD) — the organisation requires absolute precision, full traceability and uncompromising compliance across its supply chain.

Context

In Poland, the client faced increasing operational complexity linked to exports across Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) markets.

We implemented a fully integrated “One-Roof” logistics hub consolidating warehousing, co-packing, customs and transport into a single dedicated site.

The facility combines GMP and GDP-compliant pharmaceutical storage, temperature-controlled infrastructure, and on-site customs management. A fully validated pharmaceutical Warehouse Management System (WMS) ensures real-time traceability, 100% serialization compliance, and strict First-Expiry, First-Out (FEFO) management.

By co-locating all processes, operational handovers were streamlined and end-to-end efficiency significantly improved.
