Our sales and marketing teams go the extra mile every day to position the brand as the leading voice for Supply Change and sustainable logistics solutions, and establish the long-term credibility and legitimacy of FM Logistic with its business targets. They are also responsible for identifying growth segments and opportunities, and contribute to sales effectiveness, retention of the current contact base and development of a community around the brand.
The tasks of the sales and marketing department include signing up new customers: presenting FM Logistic and its services, responding to tenders and negotiations, participating in trade fairs and events… Tasks also include developing turnover with existing customers: monitoring customer satisfaction, identifying development potential, responding to tenders and negotiations, increasing prices… And very exciting marketing tasks such as conducting satisfaction surveys and defining the customer contact plan.
