An integrated “One-Roof” logistics model designed to simplify complexity, reinforce pharmaceutical compliance, and accelerate regional distribution.

Our client is a global leader in consumer healthcare, operating within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. Its portfolio includes oral care, pain relief and nutritional supplements distributed across multiple international markets.
Operating under strict regulatory frameworks — including Good Distribution Practices (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and the Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD) — the organisation requires absolute precision, full traceability and uncompromising compliance across its supply chain.
In Poland, the client faced increasing operational complexity linked to exports across Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) markets.
Key challenges included:
Lack of a fully integrated pharmaceutical logistics solution
Decentralised operations generating redundancy and avoidable costs
Strict serialization and FMD compliance requirements
Complex multi-country customs management
Limited flexibility for market-specific co-packing and repacking
The strategic objective was clear: consolidate warehousing, co-packing, customs and transport into one centralised, compliant and scalable logistics hub.
We implemented a fully integrated “One-Roof” logistics hub consolidating warehousing, co-packing, customs and transport into a single dedicated site.
The facility combines GMP and GDP-compliant pharmaceutical storage, temperature-controlled infrastructure, and on-site customs management. A fully validated pharmaceutical Warehouse Management System (WMS) ensures real-time traceability, 100% serialization compliance, and strict First-Expiry, First-Out (FEFO) management.
By co-locating all processes, operational handovers were streamlined and end-to-end efficiency significantly improved.

Single-site consolidation reduced complexity and eliminated redundant workflows.
Enhanced compliance with GDP, GMP and FMD standards through validated systems and controlled processes.
Reduced lead times across CEE markets through process optimisation and strategic location.
On-site co-packing, co-manufacturing and product destruction capabilities.
Lower IT integration expenses and shared infrastructure efficiencies.
Energy-efficient infrastructure aligned with LEED construction standards.
