Ready to simplify and strengthen your supply chain?
Discover how a centralised One-Roof logistics model can optimise flows, reduce environmental impact, and enhance operational agility across complex pharmaceutical and dermo-cosmetics networks.
A strategic logistics transformation designed to centralise operations, optimise flows, and enhance environmental performance within a highly regulated pharmaceutical and dermo-cosmetics environment.

Our client is a major player in the pharmaceutical and dermo-cosmetics sectors, with a strong presence in France and operations in more than 100 countries worldwide.
Operating across highly regulated product categories, the group requires strict compliance with pharmaceutical standards while maintaining agility across domestic and international distribution flows.
Context
Prior to the transformation, the organisation relied on a multi-site logistics architecture in the South of France to manage its pharmaceutical and dermo-cosmetics activities.
With growing volumes and increasing operational complexity, the group launched a strategic logistics programme to simplify its supply chain and improve efficiency, flexibility and sustainability.
Key objectives included:
Rethinking the overall logistics setup
Reducing inter-site transport and travelled distances
Reorganising distribution centres
Implementing a new IT infrastructure
Strengthening environmental performance
A central ambition was to create a new primary logistics site close to production facilities in order to streamline operations and reduce unnecessary flows.
Building on a long-standing partnership, we implemented a centralised “One-Roof” logistics solution at a dedicated site in north-central France.
Two dedicated cells within a 90,000 m² platform were adapted to meet strict pharmaceutical and dermo-cosmetics regulatory requirements, with 7,200 m² allocated to the client’s activities.
The scope includes:
Receipt of flows from internal production sites
Multi-temperature storage (2–8°C and 15–25°C)
Order preparation (parcels and pallets)
Preparation of export shipments (air, sea and road)
Replenishment of national distribution centres and international subsidiaries
Daily temperature-controlled shuttles between sites and freight forwarders
All strategic logistics operations are managed under one roof, providing a single point of contact and full compliance with pharmaceutical, dermo-cosmetics and classified product requirements.

Consolidation of activities on a single site reduces complexity and improves coordination.
Elimination of unnecessary inter-site transport and distance reduction across the network.
Significant reduction in CO₂ emissions and overall logistics footprint.
Single-provider governance streamlines operations and enhances visibility.
Improved responsiveness across domestic and export supply chain flows.
