As a strategic decision-maker, the Plant Director guarantees the achievement of the objectives of the platform for which he/she is responsible, by leading, steering, securing and boosting the means and resources. He/she manages a profit centre in its own right. His/her main role is to lead teams and unite them around a common project. In addition, he/she develops the business unit and builds the customer portfolio.
The main functions of a Plant Director are to guarantee and develop the activity of the platforms and to meet the needs of the customers. He/she manages the platform’s employees and ensures their well-being as well as compliance with regulatory constraints, while guaranteeing the performance of the activity.

The Activity Director ensures the achievement of the objectives of a multi-client area, contributes to the strategic orientations and the development of the activity in order to satisfy the economic performance, the expectations and the requirements of the clients and the employees.

The Customer Service Manager guarantees the development and commercial profitability of our customers by leading a team and acting as an interface between the execution of orders and customers. He/she ensures compliance with the specifications or commitments of FM Logistic, the regulations of the business lines, the internal regulations, the safety and environmental rules, the business processes, the operating procedures, the quality approach and the values of the company.

At FM Logistic, a QHSE Manager builds cooperation with employees, meeting legal and other requirements in a process of continuous improvement and digitalisation. Our QHSE processes and tools aim to improve working conditions, consolidate the quality and sustainability label, and guarantee the conformity of classified product files.
