Every year, we conduct an international satisfaction survey across the Group, collecting valuable feedback to refine our offering and better meet their needs.

This year again, our clients’ strong engagement enables us to proudly share significantly improved results. The growing overall satisfaction confirms our position as a trusted partner — a perception increasingly echoed by our clients.

Our Net Promoter Score (NPS)* has now reached +56, marking a +3 point increase compared to 2024. This figure shows that an increasing number of clients are ready to recommend our services.

These positive trends are also reflected in our key performance indicators:

  • Overall satisfaction score: 7.95/10
  • Competitiveness score: 7.60/10
