FM Logistic’s HCM Phase 2 project sets a new benchmark for sustainable logistics infrastructure in Vietnam with its LEED Gold-certified warehouse.
FM Logistic is proud to announce that its HCM Phase 2 logistics platform in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, has been awarded LEED® Gold certification (2026).
This LEED® Gold logistics warehouse Vietnam project, located in Binh Duong Province, covers 16,044 m² and includes Warehouse B01 and outdoor facilities. It reflects FM Logistic’s commitment to combining operational efficiency with measurable environmental performance.
The site integrates advanced solutions to reduce environmental impact:
Additional measures, including a white roof, optimized surfaces, and green spaces, help reduce the heat island effect, while low-emitting materials contribute to healthier indoor air.
This LEED® Gold certification confirms FM Logistic’s ability to combine operational efficiency with environmental responsibility, supporting customers with resilient and sustainable logistics solutions in fast-growing markets.
