Record participation and strong satisfaction indicators highlight a consistent customer experience across our international operations.
Our 2026 annual survey on supply chain customer satisfaction confirms the strength of our partnerships and the consistency of the experience we deliver across our international operations.
With a participation rate of 39%, this record level of engagement reflects our customers’ commitment and their willingness to help co-build a more sustainable supply chain.
Beyond participation, the results demonstrate a consistently strong customer experience.
Our overall satisfaction score reached 8.09/10, continuing its positive trend. Our competitiveness index, which measures how customers perceive our value compared with market alternatives, achieved 7.7/10. In addition, our Net Promoter Score (NPS) remained stable at 56, reflecting our customers’ trust and their willingness to recommend our solutions.
One of the key findings of this edition is the growing consistency of performance across countries. The gap between country results has narrowed significantly compared with the previous year, demonstrating continuous improvements in service quality and an increasingly consistent customer experience across our international network.
These results provide valuable insights to guide our priorities and continuously adapt our solutions to meet our customers’ evolving expectations. They also reflect the daily commitment of our commercial, operational and support teams, all working towards a shared objective: delivering outstanding supply chain customer satisfaction.
