Transport Partner Satisfaction: Key Insights from Our First European Survey

Our first European survey on transport partner satisfaction reveals key expectations and improvement opportunities identified by our partners.

Our first European survey on transport partner satisfaction highlights the main improvement opportunities identified by our partners while confirming the strength of the relationships built across our operations.

Conducted as part of our continuous improvement approach, this first dedicated survey gathered feedback from 157 respondents, representing a participation rate of 30%. It provides valuable and representative insights from transport partners across several European countries, including France, Poland, Spain, Romania, the Czech Republic and Ukraine.

Results of Our Transport Partner Satisfaction Survey

The findings highlight several strengths of our collaboration model:

  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): Our Group NPS reached 54, reflecting a high level of trust and willingness to recommend working with us.
  • Overall satisfaction: Our partners rated their overall satisfaction at 7.58/10.
  • Operational expertise: Our operational teams received a score of 8/10 for their professionalism and the quality of their day-to-day support.

Beyond these performance indicators, the survey provides a clear understanding of our partners’ expectations for the years ahead.

Priorities Identified by Our Transport Partners

The feedback collected highlights the importance of continuing our efforts around two key priorities:

  • Operational efficiency: Streamlining on-site operations, simplifying administrative processes and improving the day-to-day experience for transport partners.
  • Energy transition: Our partners expressed growing interest in initiatives that support the transition to more sustainable transport models.

These findings provide a solid foundation for defining our improvement priorities and strengthening the quality of our long-term partnerships.

Because a high-performing supply chain relies on strong and balanced relationships, we will continue working closely with transport companies across our network.

Our shared objective is to build operations that are increasingly reliable, transparent and responsible.

Maintaining an open dialogue with our partners remains our most valuable tool for continuously improving transport partner satisfaction and supporting the transformation of our industry together.
