FM LOGISTIC, KEY SPEAKER AT THE 6TH EDITION OF THE SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT GALA, IN PARISGroup
The 6th edition of the Supply Chain Management Gala organised by Agora Fonctions, took place on 29 June at the Pavillon d'Armenonville, in Paris. The artificial intelligence and its consequences on the position of women and men in the supply chain were highlighted during this event. This edition gathered nearly 200 logistics and supply chain professionals, institutional partners as well as the main media in the logistics sector.
Should artificial intelligence be feared in the supply chain? That was the question asked by the Agora of Supply Chain Management during the round table moderated by Martial You [editor-in-chief at the Economy Department of RTL], in which Nicolas Bouzou [economist], Matthieu Lambeaux [CEO of Saint Mamet], Stéphane Crosnier from Accenture, Jean-Christophe Machet [CEO of FM Logistic] and Laurent Sabtucci [CEO of Eol] were the main speakers.
All participants agreed that technology is making such advances that it is very difficult to project, but that supply chain professions, especially those linked to logistics warehouses, will continue to move to less arduous jobs.
